At Automateed, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how you can request the deletion of your account or personal data.
Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your Automateed account and the account data that Automateed can delete, subject to the retention exceptions below, please send an email request to:

- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your Automateed account
- Your account username (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
Important: Account deletion is permanent. We remove account data, settings, and private project content from active systems, except for records that we must retain for the legal, accounting, security, dispute, and backup reasons described below.
Data Deletion Without Account Deletion
If you want to delete specific personal data without deleting your entire account, you can request this by emailing:

- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
- A clear description of which specific data you want deleted
- Any relevant details that will help us identify the data
Processing Time
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
Please note that some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes as required by law, such as:
- Transaction records for accounting and tax purposes
- Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
- Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
- Backup copies that will be deleted in accordance with our backup retention schedule
What Happens After Deletion
Once your request is processed:
- Data covered by the request will be deleted from active systems, subject to the retention exceptions above
- You will no longer be able to access your account (if account deletion was requested)
- We will cancel subscriptions that Automateed controls and tell you if a subscription managed by an app store or another provider requires a separate cancellation step
- You will receive a final confirmation email to your registered email address
