Work in the correct product area
Subscription Info shows the active plan and separate ebook, task, and image balances. Top Up Tokens sells those balances independently, so the purchased credit type must match the intended action.
Recurring book plans and hosted author-website plans have separate cancellation states. Download important files first: the cancellation wizard says generated-file availability is not guaranteed beyond seven days after paid access ends.
After using these guides, you can:
- Identify which balance funds a specific product action.
- Purchase the intended top-up once and verify fulfillment.
- End the correct recurring plan and confirm its effective date.
