Open Subscription Info from the profile menu
Click your profile in the top-right of the app and choose Subscription Info (or open ai.automateed.com/subscriptionInfo directly).

Find the plan you want to end
The screen lists your book plan (Stripe or PayPal) with its status and renewal date. Hosted author-website subscriptions appear separately on the same screen with their own cancel control.

Click Cancel Subscription
Give a reason and review any optional retention offer. Choosing "No thanks" proceeds with cancellation rather than opening another confirmation stage.

Verify the result
Stripe plans show the scheduled end date and access period. PayPal plans cancel directly and display their current active or expired status.

Review access after the end date
Projects already created remain in your Library. New generations and plan-restricted features or export formats follow the active entitlement shown on your account.
