60-second summary
Quick answer
Open the completed job in Translated Books and choose Book Editor or Send to Book Editor. Automateed creates a separate draft and opens it directly; there is no intervening title, author or language confirmation screen.
Before you start
What you need
- Wait until the translation is marked completed under Translated Books.
- Use the completed translation job rather than the original source book.
Procedure
Complete the task step by step
- 01
Open Translated Books
Wait until the intended translation is completed and select that job rather than the original source.
Current app screen
After this translation finishes, use its completed-job control to create a separate Book Editor draft without overwriting the source. - 02
Choose Book Editor
Use Book Editor on the completed row, or Send to Book Editor on the completion panel.
- 03
Wait for the new draft
After “Translation sent to Book Editor.” the browser opens the new translated project at /book-editor?bookId=….
- 04
Review the separate project
The imported translation is a new editable draft and does not overwrite the original book.
Success check
Confirm that it worked
- Automateed shows Translation sent to Book Editor.
- The browser opens /book-editor?bookId=... with a new editable translated draft.
Important notes
- There is no title, author or language confirmation form between the completed translation and Book Editor.
- The import creates a separate draft and does not overwrite the original book.
- If direct import fails, the supported fallback is to download the translated DOCX and upload it manually.
Troubleshooting
If it still does not work
Translation job was not found
Refresh Translated Books and select the completed job again.
The translation cannot be sent to Book Editor
Download its DOCX, open Book Editor and upload that file manually.
The button still says Sending
Wait for the current request to finish instead of clicking the completed job repeatedly.
