What you need

  • Sign in to the Automateed account that owns the relevant project or purchase.
  • Have the project, source file or account setting needed for “Open Book Tools” ready before changing anything.

Procedure

Complete the task step by step

  1. 01

    Open Book Tools

    Choose Translate Book from the dashboard tools.

    Translate accepts a local file or an existing Library title and keeps the original project unchanged.
  2. 02

    Choose the source

    Select Library to choose an ebook or novel, or Upload file for a local document.

  3. 03

    Choose the target language

    Use the Target language field. The current UI lists 85 available languages.

  4. 04

    Start translation

    Keep Preserve formatting enabled when you want headings, lists and the table of contents retained, then click Start Translation.

  5. 05

    Review the new edition

    Check headings, names, specialist terms, idioms and cover wording with a fluent reviewer.

Success check

Confirm that it worked

  • The expected result from “Review the new edition” is visible in the relevant Automateed screen or exported file.
  • Refresh the page once and confirm the saved state remains unchanged.
