60-second summary

Quick answer

Keep the project ID, check the existing item in Book Studio or Library, retry once only from the offered control, and report the exact time and action if the same request fails again.

Before you start

What you need

  • Sign in to the Automateed account that owns the relevant project or purchase.
  • Have the project, source file or account setting needed for “Keep the project ID” ready before changing anything.

Procedure

Complete the task step by step

  1. 01

    Keep the project ID

If the job record exists, copy its numeric ID before retrying.

Current app screenAutomateed project dashboard used to check an existing generation
A Network Error does not prove the background job stopped. Check the original project before resubmitting.
  2. 02

    Check account status

Refresh once and verify the project did not continue in the background.

  3. 03

    Shorten an extreme instruction

Very large pasted inputs can exceed a request or model limit; preserve a copy before editing.

  4. 04

    Retry once from the project

Use the provided retry control rather than creating multiple duplicate jobs.

  5. 05

    Report exact time and action

Support can trace the failure more reliably with account email, project ID and timestamp.

Success check

Confirm that it worked

  • The expected result from “Report exact time and action” is visible in the relevant Automateed screen or exported file.
  • Refresh the page once and confirm the saved state remains unchanged.

Important notes

  • Available controls can differ by book type, plan and current project status.
  • Review generated content, facts, usage rights and final files before publishing or selling.

Troubleshooting

If it still does not work

The browser shows Network Error but the job exists in Library

Treat the Library record as the source of truth. Open it once and check progress before retrying; the browser request can disconnect while background generation continues.

No project was created at all

Check the connection, shorten unusually large pasted instructions, reload the creation page and submit once. If it repeats, report the timestamp and creation type to support.
