60-second summary
Quick answer
Record the title, type, account email, page URL, exact time and action, then inspect the existing Library item. Refresh the original item first; retry once only when that exact failed or stalled item offers Retry generation.
Before you start
What you need
- Record the book title and type, signed-in account email, exact time, attempted action and current page URL.
- Check whether the existing Library item is Processing, failed, stalled or already completed before trying again.
Procedure
Complete the task step by step
- 01
Record the task context
Keep the book title and type, account email, exact time, action and current page URL.
Current app screenOpen full size: Current safe Library error state after a failed refreshA failed Library request does not remove books. Restore the connection, then use Try loading again before starting another generation. - 02
Check the existing Library item
A browser connection error can occur while generation continues in the background, so inspect the original project before doing anything else.
- 03
Refresh the current status
Use Refresh or Try loading again on the existing Library view. A failed or stalled specialist item may expose Retry generation, while a normal processing ebook does not.
- 04
Retry only when offered
Use one Retry generation action on the existing item; do not create multiple duplicate jobs.
- 05
Report the evidence
If the same item cannot progress or retry, send support the recorded title, type, page URL, time and exact action.
Success check
Confirm that it worked
- Try loading again or Refresh restores the Library state and the existing project continues toward completion.
- If Retry generation is explicitly available, using it once requeues that same supported project instead of creating a duplicate.
Important notes
- Retry generation is conditional and appears only for a failed or stalled project whose format exposes retry capability.
- A browser network failure can occur while generation continues in the background; a failed Library request does not remove the saved books.
Troubleshooting
If it still does not work
Network Error appears but the project card exists
Use Try loading again or Refresh, then inspect the existing item before using any offered Retry generation action; do not submit a duplicate book.
No project card or generation result was created
Restore connectivity, reload the creation page once and submit one new attempt; if it repeats, report the title, type, timestamp, account and page URL.
