Work in the correct product area
The iOS app, Android app, and web platform use the account as the source of project ownership. Signing in with a different email or identity provider can open a separate account whose My Books screen looks like a sync failure.
Downloaded PDF, EPUB, and DOCX files also depend on the phone app used to open them. A basic file preview can omit layout features even when the export itself is intact.
After using these guides, you can:
- Open the same Automateed account on mobile and web.
- Refresh the correct book-type view when a project is missing.
