Paperback setup is managed from an eligible completed book. The reader PDF is not the complete production package: printing also needs a validated interior, a wraparound cover, page-count data, and destination-dependent pricing.
The retail price is separate from the ebook price. The estimate shown in the detail panel uses an example shipment, while the buyer receives a live quote based on the delivery address.
